Our flowers are of premium quality and will
remain beautiful for many years. They are not suitable for outdoor use. The room temperature should not stay above 30°C for extended periods, and it’s best to avoid placing them in direct sunlight permanently.
Please contact us immediately in case of
damage. We’ll discuss the situation and arrange a prompt replacement.
While our collection is carefully curated, we
do offer customised arrangements upon request. We’re happy to discuss your
preferences regarding size, colour palette, and budget to create something
tailored to your space.
The standard subscription includes four
design changes per year.
Yes, that’s possible. The number of bouquet changes is flexible and will be agreed upon when we set up your subscription. We’ll also define the corresponding pricing in advance, so everything is clear from the start.
Yes. At the time of each delivery, you’ll be
asked to select your preferred bouquet for the next period, ensuring availability and your satisfaction.
At this time, deliveries are limited to Dubai
only. Due to the personal attention each arrangement receives during delivery
and placement, we are unable to offer service beyond the city. However, we’re
always exploring new possibilities — if you're located elsewhere in the UAE and
are interested, feel free to let us know.
No, all of our bouquets include their
matching vase. We believe the vase is an integral part of the design.
Yes. We offer short-term arrangements for
events, photoshoots, and temporary setups. Contact us to discuss your needs and we’ll tailor a rental plan accordingly.
In most cases, cleaning is not necessary. If
your space tends to be dusty, you may gently dust the flowers with a soft cloth
or feather duster. Avoid using tools like hairdryers, as incorrect use may
damage the flowers.
Absolutely! You can purchase any of our
bouquets as a gift. Simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout and let us
know if you'd like to include a personal note.
Delivery takes between 1 and 3 days. At checkout, we ask for your contact details. We will contact you asap to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. We believe
in personal attention and personally deliver the flowers to your doorstep.
Subscriptions are based on a one-year
commitment. If your circumstances change, please contact us to discuss flexible solutions.

At Blossin Flowers, we believe that perfection lies in the final touch. Our arrangements are hand-delivered within the UAE to ensure each bouquet is placed with care and styled to look its absolute best. As such, we do not currently offer international shipping.
