These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Blossin Flowers. By placing an order or entering into a subscription or rental agreement, you agree to the terms below.

1. Company Information
   Blossin Flowers is a UAE-based business specializing in high-end artificial flower arrangements, offering sales, subscriptions, and short time rentals. All products include vases.

2. General Information
   While bouquet purchases can be made directly through the website, subscriptions and short time rentals are arranged upon request and concluded in mutual agreement. For these services, clients are encouraged to contact us to discuss preferences and delivery details.

3. Products and Services
   Bouquet Purchases Customers can select and purchase bouquets and arrangements via the online shop. Each purchase includes the bouquet and its matching vase. Payment is made at checkout. Please note that slight variations in flower selection may occur due to availability or design refinement. These changes will always remain in line with the bouquet’s original style and overall appearance.
   
   Subscriptions Subscriptions provide clients with the lasting presence of floral arrangements. Bouquets, including their vases, are replaced periodically throughout the year, ensuring renewed aesthetics in homes or business spaces. The standard subscription includes four designs per year. At the time of each bouquet delivery, clients are asked to select their next bouquet to ensure availability. Subscriptions are agreed upon personally and require a one-year commitment. We recommend a site visit or photo exchange to help advise on styles. Subscription rates are determined individually and may be subject to change. Please note that slight variations in flower selection may occur due to availability or design refinement. These changes will always remain in line with the bouquet’s original style and overall appearance.
   
   Short Time Rentals Short time rentals are available upon request and are typically intended for temporary occasions, such as events, photoshoots, or short-term property staging. These arrangements include artificial flower bouquets with vases. Rental terms, bouquet selection, pricing, and delivery are agreed upon individually. A delivery and pickup date will be mutually confirmed in advance. Please note that slight variations in flower selection may occur due to availability or design refinement. These changes will always remain in line with the bouquet’s original style and overall appearance.

4. Payment Terms
   Payment for purchases is due at checkout. Subscription payments are invoiced in installments, with the first due upon confirmation. Short time rentals are payable in advance. Payments not made within 14 days of the due date will incur a 5% late fee per overdue installment.

5. Subscription Terms
   Subscriptions are personal agreements and not concluded through the webshop. The number of design changes per year is agreed upon in advance. Additional changes may be possible at an extra charge. Clients are required to select their next bouquet at the time of each delivery to ensure availability.

6. Care and Responsibility
   Clients must take care of bouquets and vases. In case of damage, Blossin Flowers should be notified immediately. Damaged items will be replaced, and additional charges may apply depending on the cause.

7. Returns and Exchanges
   For Purchases If you are unsatisfied with your purchased bouquet, please notify us within 24 hours. We will review the reason and offer an exchange with or without a delivery charge. If the bouquet is to be returned for a refund, justification must be reasonable and approved.
   
   For Subscriptions If you change your mind after a bouquet delivery, we can arrange a replacement from our current collection, subject to availability and an extra delivery fee.
   
   For Short Time Rentals In the case of dissatisfaction with a short time rental bouquet, Blossin Flowers must be notified within 3 hours of delivery. Due to the temporary nature of this service, exchanges are subject to availability and must be logistically feasible within the rental period. Additional delivery charges may apply.

8. Delivery
   Delivery within Dubai is included in both subscription and short time rental fees. For deliveries outside Dubai, additional fees and availability will be communicated in advance. For purchases via the website, the delivery time slot is selected at checkout.

9. Privacy and Data Use
   We collect your name, email, and delivery address for communication and service purposes. This information may also be used for marketing updates. We do not share your data with third parties.

10. Legal Notice
    All content on the website, including product designs and images, is the intellectual property of Blossin Flowers. Unauthorized use is prohibited. UAE law applies to all transactions and agreements.
